A free, public analytics terminal for US sports betting. It puts every book's number side by side, tracks how each line moves, separates where the tickets are from where the money is, and runs a probability model against the market — then publishes the model's entire record, wins and losses.

No. LineGauge does not take bets, hold funds, or act as a bookmaker. It is an analytics tool. You place any bets yourself, with a licensed operator of your choice, in a state where that is legal.

No. Every page — the board, the money flow, the model ledger, every league and every game — is public and free, with no signup and no paywall. The only optional thing is the daily digest, which asks for an email and nothing else.

From pages that publish them openly. Prices, opening numbers and the public ticket split come from Sportsbook Review; the handle-versus-tickets split comes from VSiN. Each is read on a twelve-minute cycle with one request per page, an honest user agent, and no attempt to get around anything a site asks robots not to touch — the full access review is in the repository. Nothing is bought from a data vendor, and no figure is invented when a source is quiet: what was not published is shown as absent, not as zero.

Only the ones a permitted source actually publishes. That is currently the seven US leagues those sources price — pro football, college football, pro and college basketball, the WNBA, baseball and hockey — across the eight sportsbooks they quote. A league appears on the site only where there is a source for it, and a better price may well exist at a book nobody publishes. Coverage is stated per league rather than implied.

Value means the model's probability is higher than the price implies — positive expected return over many bets, with no guarantee on any single one. Arbitrage means two books disagree enough that backing both sides locks a return regardless of the outcome. The board flags both, separately.

Anyone can post picks. The model page shows hit rate, ROI, closing-line value, calibration, drawdown and the full ledger, because those are the numbers that reveal whether an edge is real or whether it was a good week. Closing-line value is the honest early indicator: it says whether a bet beat the market's final number.
